This is disgraceful in a so called civilised country. You have a staff witness and video evidence. She is guilty of assault and should be charged so that she can never do it again.

I promise you that justice will find its way on the deserving. This boy was assaulted and the aide should be a registered offender now. He may not be injured physically but mentally he is scarred of all security he has in teachers and humankind. Justice will find those that wronged this boy one way or another!

Abuse is abuse; bullying are done by kids and adults. It needs to be stopped. By not prosecuting this woman you are saying it is okay.

No injury? Are we now to understand that assault and abuse (proven!!) are okay. because the attack leaves no marks?! This is wrong...prosecute please... it's the only right decesion
