No injury? Are we now to understand that assault and abuse (proven!!) are okay. because the attack leaves no marks?! This is wrong...prosecute please... it's the only right decesion

The person responsible for this assault should NEVER work with children or the disabled again.. If this kind of bullying and physical abuse is overlooked for a child that cannot tell his parents what happened and how he feels, then the public is reaponsible for speaking up for him!!! SHAME ON THE COURT SYSTEM FOR TURNING A BLIND EYE TO THIS ASSAULT ON A CHILD!!! You should be fired as well!!

Seriously! She's not getting in any kind of trouble except getting fired! This is completely insane. To hurt a child is one thing but to hurt a child who can't fight back with words is disgusting and low! William should have his day in court!!!! Bring this woman to justice now!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable that we still have a court system that well turn their heads away on an abused on a helpless child like Justin !!!! Shame on you all that are call to stand up for justice!!! Shame on that State Attorney Omg !!! it was caught on tape , REALLY ! So you let this women walk free to hurt an other child !!!!
