This makes me sick! My grand baby has Down Syndrome and I can say without reservations, they would not be walking around waiting for the courts to decide their fate. These precious children bring so much joy,move and happiness to their families, friends and even strangers. Prayers for him and his family!!

How this incident was handled is disgraceful and an injustice to the victim. Make it right. I'm disappointed in the school district I grew up in.

I have a son with down syndrome he also is non- verbal and my fear everday is that something or someone would say or do something to him and I would never know, this is just very sad
