This deserves further investigation. I'm sure the DA can come up with some charge that applies to the assailant.

This is hard to comprehend!!!How can they say there is no signs of injury....what about the psychological this sweet little boy has to endure?Why was there a witness that notified the building principal but nobody stopping the attack?And why did it take 8 days for a parent to be notified?When it is convenient they notify a parent if your child needs a band-aid!We as parents send our kids to school with the belief that they are in safe hands-by NOT pressing criminal charges is sending a message that it will be ok to do this again!As a parent of special children myself my heart goes out to this sweet boy and his family!

prosecute this aide - swift and strong action must be taken immediately. If this happened to a typical child the Aide would be prosecuted- we demand justice.
