The District Attorney is REQUIRED to enforce the law and press charges whether or not signs if injury are present. The mental anguish this boy has as a result cannot be seen.

This is discrimination pure and simple. Had this been a typical child, there would be a prosecution. This must STOP. We are all tired of our kids being beaten up in our schools.

As a parent of a child with DS. I'm appaled that more action hasnot be taken. William and his family needs justice served. This case should go to trial - no brainer.
