This is so heartwenching! I myself have dealt with similar matters regarding my 5 yr old granddaughter who is a very verbal DS. She tell me things that happen and when questioning the school, it's always numerous excuses or she did it to herself, even contacts DADS and they pretty much made excuses for the school as well. Good luck and prayers that justice is served for your sweet boy!

She tell me things that happen and when questioning the school, it's always numerous excuses or she did it to herself, even contacts DADS and they pretty much made excuses for the school as well. The D.A's office just needs to subpoena the video to get it. What's happening with our justice system?! It would probably have a different ending if one of the D.A.'s special needs children were treated like this. This is absurd!!!
