This person needs to be held accountable. This is unacceptable. Protect our children. It is an even bigger crime to harm the disabled.

thats is horrible and discusting. left open for another innocent child to go through. may she be stopped in her tracks and the right to look after our children taken away for life.

Ridiculous... how is there "no probably cause, no charge and certainly no proof beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime occurred" ... hello what about the survalince footage?

How is there no proof when it is on video? Shame on the justice system for failing this child. He cannot speak for himself.
