Why WOULDN'T you press criminal charges? There may not be physical injury, but the mental anguish has been done. Shame on you, District Attorney, for not protecting the most innocent of our citizens.

It is our responsibility to protect children who cannot communicate to tell people they have been mistreated. Actions need to be taken and those who hurt disabled children need to be held accountable for their wrongful actions.
