It is our responsibility to protect children who cannot communicate to tell people they have been mistreated. Actions need to be taken and those who hurt disabled children need to be held accountable for their wrongful actions.

To do nothing is an injustice and a second abuse inflicted upon the child. Only this time, he is failed by the very system that is supposed to ensure his safety under their watch.

Unacceptable. The aide needs to have more discipline than just her termination. And shame on the principal for not doing anything resembling Leadership. She is the leader of that school, as such she sets the tone for what is and is not acceptable.
