It is great that we are all trying but you know it won't do anything. With the way things go in this country it means nothing , unfortunately the scare of a law suit is to prevalent, I think they should sue!!!!! And I am not one who says that.

The District attorney is just showing that an adult can abuse a child and get away with it. The sad thing is that it happens everyday in the schools. Even with handycapped and special needs kids. Maybe someone needs to do to her what she did to him.

this is disgusting. If the paraprofessional had approached an adult on the street and behaved in this manner charges would have been laid. But children just don't rate. This needs to go further !!

In my state, physically putting your hands on someone is considered assault regardless of whether or nto the person assaulted shows injuries. This needs to be prosecuted.

If this were an adult with disabilities would the DA see this the same way. No sign of external physical damage, what about bone,nerve, and emotional trauma.
