Im outraged they haven't prosecuted this teacher. Are they telling other people out there they can hurt a disabled person and get away with it? Lets get justice for this young man.

I am a teacher and I had a brother with Down syndrome before he passed away 3 years ago. Regardless if a student has a disability or not, criminal charges should be pressed. If the evidence is what this petition is saying, then I am completely shocked an educated attorney cannot figure this out. We have to stand up for the defenseless and make sure people like this school employee are brought to light and punished for their crimes.

If the evidence is what this petition is saying, then I am completely shocked an educated attorney cannot figure this out. We have to stand up for the defenseless and make sure people like this school employee are brought to light and punished for their crimes.
