I work with special needs kids. I have been spat on, kicked and punched by my students. Yet never EVER can I image harming any of them willfully. This person needs be fired and charges pressed before they harm again.

it is outrageous that the Harris County District Attorney felt the need to totally sweep this case underneath the carpet. This is neglect which is definitely child abuse!

Please get justice for this sweet little boy. Did this happen in Houston Independent School District? I've witnessed something similar with a TA and non verbal down syndrome student. Unfortunately, nothing was done after I reported the incident to the principal and HISD. They're response was an investigation to make sure I wasn't making false allegations. I was so offended. This was not my child nor was my child in that class.

Please get justice for this sweet little boy. Did this happen in Houston Independent School District? I've witnessed something similar with a TA and non verbal down syndrome student. Unfortunately, nothing was done after I reported the incident to the principal and HISD. They're response was an investigation to make sure I wasn't making false allegations. I was so offended. This was not my child nor was my child in that class.
