I have a brother with down syndrome and this is my worst fear. It upsets me very much! How can someone who is suppose to take care of him do such a thing! Shaking is abuse!!! You have my support! #JusticeforWilliam

What happened to the rights of the victimes? This case should be handled again and the video seems to be important evidence. Justice for William and his parents. My sympathy from abroad, Belgium.
