this is beyond heartbreaking and disturbing that no action is taking further force. if the law isn't behind this as a parent I would take matters into my own hands!

I have a non verbal down syndrome daughter and this is a constant concern of mine because she could never tell me. Thank God she has been blessed with a great teacher and great staff but you never know what goes on behind closed doors. These children need to be protected they have no words and need others to fight for them.

The act of purposely harming a child is sickening, but the response in this case is just as bad! Criminal charges should absolutely be filed!

There is solid, undeniable evidence but the D.A. isn't pressing charges because there's no sign of injury!?!? WRONG! The parapro should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. YOU DON'T ABUSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE DOWN SYNDROME! Get this case to the Grand Jury ASAP! The perpetrator MUST be held accountable. I think the D.A. should be investigated as well. Why would he/she NOT press charges, especially with indisputable evidence. The school staff should also be investigated. Why was William's family not notified until EIGHT DAYS LATER!?!? Something foul is afoot here and it must be rectified.
