I'm not familiar with the intricacies of the law, but there was certainly attempted harm to that child and goodness knows what psychological trauma. And it's on video. How much more proof could there possibly be? The DA is splitting hairs to avoid protecting an extremely vulnerable kid.

because he could not defend himself or speak for himself, given his special needs, age and vulnerability, this should be taken further and not swept under the rug! Shame on any officials that do not stand up and advocate! This

I am sick to my stomach and udderly outraged!! How in the HELL do you figure no crime took place??? That is ASSAULT. That poor defenseless CHILD could have been killed. At the very least, he is now traumatized. That aide could be the one assigned to my daughter next! WHY in the world would you allow someone like that to have contact with children, for God's sake?? Have they no morals or conscious? I'm also appalled that the witness didn't immediately intervene!! Sickening all around!

At the very least, he is now traumatized. That aide could be the one assigned to my daughter next! WHY in the world would you allow someone like that to have contact with children, for God's sake?? Have they no morals or conscious? I'm also appalled that the witness didn't immediately intervene!! Sickening all around!
