Any abuse case, especially those regarding children, out to result in justice. It's caught on camera and if the school is sensible enough to fire them the state should be smart enough to press charges.

I have a sweet, friendly, loving 4 year old client with Down Syndrome that her guardian and I have had to call CPS about a school aide on recently. She is largely non-verbal, and had it not been for her doting guardian and other family members noticing changes in her behavior and witnessing inappropriate behavior by her side, it would have gone wholly unnoticed and that darling girl would still be in danger. There need to be MUCH stricter checks and monitoring of those that care for people that cannot always speak for themselves. Every single person around them should be responsible for standing up for them. That aide's behavior and actions are deplorable and inexcusable!
