So, in some states it's ok to take a child away from a parent for a year for agreeing with one medical doctor's diagnosis over another's but in other states you can choke/shake and push to the ground a child with DS and it's ok because the child can't explain the situation? Shameful.

No Child ever should suffer . Just because he had no signs of injury this person is going to walk a way with nothing. I do not think so. If that where my son . He would have his day in court and some heads would roll.

Unbelieveable, there was a video that capture the paraprofessional physically assaulting the little boy and the DA decided not to press charges? shame on you Harris County DA.

This is a prime example of abuse, she was charged with caring for the child she abused on tape, seriously? This women needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Who says there is no evidence of injury? Didn't they say William was mostly nonverbal? What about injuries that can't be seen?
