I think charges should be held toward anyone who mistreats any child or adult with disabilities of any kind. I to have a child with autism. He loved school till he went to kindergarten and he to was shook smacked and yelled at. I reported it to the school the police nothing was done. It was his word and other children's word against her. I had to pull him and his sister who witness the abuse and home school them. Finally she went on to a middle school. The coop woundnt allow h to go out of district. He is 10 now and was except into a charter school were he has 1 on 1 teacher who go above an beyond for him. He loves school but still has a fear if he goes past the old school or someone fr

This is a crime because she is entrusted with the care and welfare of a defenseless child. She has breached that role and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
