Is it legal that the attorney for the child is not allowed to see the video? Something does not seem right here at all. If this were me, there's noway I would let this go.

They have a duty of care to protect their students, William is even more vulnerable due to being DS. If you do not prosecute you are sending a clear message that it is fine to harm children as long as they are unable to express their emotions. My nephew has DS and i would follow them to the ends of the earth to get justice!

I'm sure if the DA's child was abused in the manner things would be different. The video needs to be released and presented before a judge and jury!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
