This needs to be addressed by WPIAL. Racial slurs and body fluids is not sportsmanlike and shouldnt be tolerated.

I graduated in 1976 and our boys were always harassed by the other teams so I stand with Valleys athletes all the way!

Ellwood city's actions are the real cause of this debacle. Our teams actions after being called rascist derogatory terms and after being spit on were completely justified, especially if an ellwood city player threw the first punch.

It is disgusting that the WPIAL turns a blind eye to racism, heinous acts, and coaches laying their hands on opposing players, but then tries to punish Valley for not wanting to finish a game after those things lead to a brawl.
The WPIAL needs to get some common sense, demand the dismissal of the Ellwood City coach (who is being charged criminally from what I've read), and apologize that they created the environment that allowed this to happen in the first place.
My son's on that team and he's a good kid.
Either punish both teams or none. Be fair.
