What that neighbor did to that dog specialy if he knew whos that dog is, is unacceptable in today society savage behaviour. That idiot is lucky he is not my neighbor i would find a way to make him pay for it.
This is so brutal to even imagine. Hope law punishes the culprits soon.

I can't believe how disgusting this neighbor was, how emotionally horrible this must be for the child and how emotionally incomprehensable it must be. I grieve for the family, and my prayers are with them. If the police will do nothing, I would suggest a civil suit.
