The neighbour should be charged for shooting a firearm in a public place for starters. I am so sorry that Trigger was shot and the police are not taking it seriously. I am in Australia and I am disgusted at what goes on in the USA. The neighbour should be charged with gross cruelty to an innocent dog and I would like to see him jailed.

this was a senseless killing of a family pet. This man needs to pay for what he did. He murdered that dog who wasn't even coming toward him. What kind of a coward does that?
