Cops should not be above the law, especially ex cops. This was unnecessary use of force in front of a child and this man should be held accountable!

Facts are facts. This dog was innocent. The gun shot wounds indicate the dog was shot while running back to his property. How can you be afraid for your life if the dog is in the opposite direction?

As a small child i saw my uncle after he murdered my dog and it still haunts me 35years later ,please kets find justice for this family.

I just have one question... which is worse, a misdemeanor dog off leash? or (what is considered in a lot of states), felony cruelty to animals? this dog was not a threat, and was clearly killed for trespassing. is this acceptable? answer is no, in most states!
