Section 2 of the Constitution states that we all have a right to life thus no one has a right to infringe with that. Now what happens if those who knows the law by heart fails to abide by the law as they are the very same people who fail to protect us against that same person who took someone's life let alone let justice to be served yet they are able to protect someone who is capable of murder. How sure are they that that person isn't going to commit another murder? How sure are they that we are safe from this person?
