This whole prosecutor BS this guy is insane. How can he even come up with the conclusions he did. If you rear end anyone the law states your at fault for failing to leave an assured clear distance..........period

Regaurdless of wearing a helmet the driver of the vehicle was in the wrong by not paying attention to what was in front of them.

Remarkable that you can hit someone from behind and say the sun was in your eyes . Sad day when police and prosecutors don't fill donthe jobs they are required to do .

I don't care what he was wearing doesn't matter the fact is he was rear ended. Didn't even know it was coming. What a shame.

What about "failure to stop in an assured distance?" Following too close? Prosecutor must go.

This is a crock of crap that there was no charges against the driver that rear ended him. Not having a helmet on would've saved his life after being rear ended and pushed into on coming traffic. Justice for him and closure for his family. RIH Terry!!

This should have not happened in the first place if you see a morticycle with two flags on it means slow down people need to watch there speed and also be careful around morticycles.

I think she should have been prosecuted, if she couldn't see what was in front of her then maybe she shouldn't have been driving. Was she on her phone or picking something up off the floor or just not paying attention.

Justice needs to be served as Terry wasn't at fault for this. It's legal to not wear a helmet; it is NOT legal to rearend and kill another driver. If the glare of the sun could be used as excuse to this accident many others wouldn't pay the price for deaths they've caused. This is obserd. His family & close friends need justice and closure!!
