When you hit someone then you are at fault in an accident, when you kill someone it is a serious crime, let a jury decide whether it is involuntary or not. Noone should walk away free for taking a life. He was a son, a brother, a husband, and a cherished uncle and he cannot be replaced!

Very negligent on the auto driver. It is the motorists job to watch and keep safe distance between themselves and other motorists. Terry was making a turn and the other driver should have given him the room due to the multiple lanes on that stretch of road way.

The sun was not yet low in the sky at 7pm. Distracted or inattentive driving at best, aiming for a biker or one of his flags at worst.

It is not against the law to not where a helmet and it is a law to have your vehicle under control at all times, including when the sun is in your eyes.

Not having your vehicle under control at all times is against the law. To say that this accident was becus the motorcycle driver was not wearing a helmet and he may/may not used a turn signal is wrong on the prosecutor part. Not seeing vehicle/motorcycle in front of you becus of sun in ur eyes is fault of the driver !

Michigan law if you rear end someone you are at fault! You are driving to close and not allowing yourself enough time to stop. The law needs to be followed and no more excuses being made. You were distracted and your negligence killed my brother! Period!

Any person with a brain can analyze the facts of this case and see that your decision is wrong in so many ways. Every class teaches that you must have control over your car and keep a safe distance between the car in front of you and even more space for motorcycles. The driver is at fault

Terry's death deserves some justice. I've had motorcycles in front of me many times during a sunset and could still see them.
