My friend lives in this neighborhood and her neighbor 's cat and several other animals I have heard have lost there lives . And the motorist aren't even stopping . How inhuman! Next time it might be a small child & that's also a life .

Animal welfare is extremely important and doesn't only apply within the home. Environmental hazards should also be minimised. I hope this gets the attention of the relevant authorities and results in some kind of action.
