Poor Spooky, why is this even up for debate! Clearly speed bumps are an absolute must on this street! Shame on the person who hit this poor kitty and left!

Im sure your township charges enough in taxes to spare money for speed bumps. Put the speed bumps!

Thsee speedbumps are absolutely necessary in order to save lives. People, young and old, are in too much of a hurry and are not paying attention to what is going on around them when they are driving. Innocent children and animals are being injured or killed every day due the carelessness of these drivers. Speedbumps can and will slow these drivers down considerably, and save innocent lives!!
