ky transportation dept is total blame for these accidents. These accident would not have happened if it werent for the hydraulic fluid left on the road way.

They should be held responsible. The highway dept. should have taken more steps to ensure the roadway was safe and it clearly was not.

This is heart breaking. I do not 100% support suing the government because who would really pay that claim? Us. but they should take responsibility and potentially prepare in case this happens again and honor her memory.

I'm from Nortonville. This young lady did nothing wrong. The negligence of others cost her life. Those ppl should be ashamed of themselves for not owning their actions!
