This could have been prevented. They neglected the spill and didn't report it until after the wrecks. Blaming her tires is ludicrous, they were working fine until she hit that oil.

The road should have been closed- when the leak was discovered and signs saying so-due to oil on the highway!!!Even the State Trooper said he slid... I am not sure this is " criminal" meaning I do not believe anyone meant for this BABY to die... But she did.. And it needs to be addressed so it never happens agains... No one should ever lose a loved one especially a child.. A 17 year old.. And yes they have tried to blame it back to tread on tires and speed due to " conditions" but I ask is any
tread or speed good enough for oily conditions ??? Our KENTUCKY TRANSPORTAION DEPARTMENT -needs to accept their failure and apologize to the BEAN family.. Though it will not be enough they could then look into ways to prevent these issues and save lives and honor SHANICE 'S memory and maybe help the ones who love her start to heal... God bless all-amen

I think it's sad a grand jury can determine the fate of a child. I hope and pray that they can live with their decision.
