There ought to be transparency and accountability regarding the issue of the grant. Money should not be collected for the purpose of assisting people and just a few opportuned ones will now sit on the money.

Obviously, Sem/Telpecon failure to disburse to Nigerians is out of contest "i must say" and it's high time the leadership of both Grants (SEM/TELPECON) do the needful knowing too well that SUBSCRIBERS are not happy with them anymore.

We the intending beneficiaries of Social exchange market (SEM) Grant and The less privilege coordinators network (TELPECON) Grant in Nigeria have been extorted, defrauded and impoverished all because of this Grant. We therefore demand for immediately disbursement of these Grants to relieve us of our pains poverty and sorrows.

Telpenco has scam us of our hard earn money through registration fees and still don't want to disburse what they promised us.

Please if telecon leaders are not scanning us they should disburse we have become object of riddicle
