All NGOs associated with telpecon has been extorting the less privileged Nigerians. All extortions in the name of an unknown unseen grant. The worst part of their extortion is that they must always a lie to tell the poor beneficiaries in order to extort them. They raised fake hopes claiming to make us millionaires. Many gullible poor Nigerians have died and still dying of high blood pressure as a result of these fake hopes by those fraudulent NGOs
