For 5 years now, SEM and TELPECON Leaders had held grants they came to us collected our data, then when to foreign donors to source for grant, after confirmation by them to have gotten the grant funds, they decided to sideline all beneficiaries whose data they have used and presented to the donor to acquire the grant from them.

Telpecon to disburse money to beneficiaries

That the SEM / Telpecon Grant should be paid to the Registered Beneficiaries without any further delay.
