Allowing someone who has committed this unforgivable act back into the same community they damaged is a blatant abuse of the legal, judicial, and social systems and communal expectations that regular people carry towards others. This individual has not garnered the merit required for this type of perfuntory judicial forgiveness. There should not be an ameliorated or accelerated opportunity to interact or engage with society until the initial sentence determined has been served.
