As long as people flock toward NDA agreements, they will say anything. It's wrong to pay people for testimonials. They don't sound real. Fake trauma. Drea needs to collect "before time expires" is not fair or the same. I don't see how this is nonconsensual. They can't even prove they know him. If it happened where were the school attendance records. It didn't happen. He's being snubbed by err on the side of caution and preponderance of the evidence reasons. But there's no real evidence. So that's not guilt. This does not meet the bar of proof. It only meets the bar of racism. He's black. They said he did it. Not good enough. Sex trafficking is criminalizing a consensual sexual relationship. He wasn't forcing himself or financially benefitting because he was rich already and had 1,000s of fans. Please stop charging him as though he was in it for gain. He doesn't deserve this at all. I know the difference between casual and criminal sex. The criminal intent of forcing yourself is before the act. No one put a scratch on him. He didn't put a scratch on anyone. These viscous lies are appalling. Confiscating his property when he is innocent of rape or racketeering or whatever, is far out of line. We shouldn't be victimized by the government. If this rich man can be incarcerated forever as a result of unfounded smear campaign tactics, we are all American victims of government, not citizens. The burden shifted to RSK once these accusations were made. He's not a legal professional. He can't defend himself against liars for NDA awards. He has a right to protection far far far before punishment. This is all backwards, upside-down, unfair towards rich men, and callous as can be. We are seeing the legal system over charge RK. He's a Playboy. Not a pimp. Not a pastor. Not a pervert. Cut it out. Set this citizen free. He's not a danger to society. Society is a danger to him.
