Robert Kelly Is A Very Gifted Man. And Because Of That He Has Created A Legacy In Music That Will Never Die. Unfortunately The Consequences Of Him Being The Best Thing That Ever Happened To Music Is People Coming On One Accord To Lie, Slander, Criticize, And Minimize His Character. We humbly and respectfully ask the Honorable judge for a Pretrial Release for Mr. Robert Sylvester Kelly because he is not a threat to the community because he does not have a history of violent crimes and because he needs time to sit down with his teams of lawyers to work on the defense of his case. How can he be a flight risk when he NO LONGER HAS A PASSPORT or MONEY?
We are humbly asking the honorable judge to Order the release of Mr. Kelly, as soon as possible especially due to having been brutally attacked in his jail cell and the pandemic. Thank you
P.S. He's been held in jail for a year and a half now awaiting trial which is harsh punishment for a non-violent criminal which he has no prior convictions.

Release Robert Sylvester Kelly as he is not a threat to the community. He deserves due process and a right to face his accusers. Mr. Kelly deserves a right to bail and a right to prepare his case as a free man. We the people will not stand by and watch the prosecution continue to embellish these charges of lies when there is evidence of the truth.
