It's time for our courts to hear the cries of the vulnerable who are constantly subjected to the merciless arm of law breakers. Furthermore, every act of GBV should be seen as a daring posture to our country's criminal justice system. Because, the hope of the victims is nothing but the justice system. Equally, the only hopeful deterrent to the perpetrators is the same justice system. Thus, any failure to administer positive prosecutions to the perpetrators, renders the office of the minister ineffective.
