The law consistently overlooks our safety. Safety is a priority and a right. The law must be more strict. GBV is taken lightly and the person should remain in custody for sometime before bei'g granted bail. The safety of the one who has laid a charge must be prioritised to avoid a repeat.

This is soo infuriating! Why can't he just let go and let you and your daughters get on with your lives! And the audacity and cruelty of him pressing charges against you. What is he doing to his children by getting their mother behind bars?
