This crazy man should be in jail in a mental hospital or prison. He killed his son, with 4 shots t his body. His son will never walk the streets of Parsons again.....so why should this man any rights at all. The judge should of never let this man out of jail....it was a very poor bad decision.

There is no way this man should have ever been able to post bond. L let alone be able to travel a 60 mile radius for work. He obviously killed his own son in cold blood. In past reports it was stated "There is going to be a murder" As his friend drove a way called 911 and heard the gun shots. This man has no right to be walking the streets free. He deserves to be behind bars. Rotting! How many people actually walk around free after committing a crime like this! Sickening!

I hear he was on meth and his buddy and him were smoking it when Jeff Patton just as patton pulled in the driveway. And Preston attacked him. Where did he get all the bruses on from the picture. These questions need ask two sides to each story.
