People have been killed due to their nationality and also to their skin color, which is a offence to the 13th amendment. This form of violence was well known during the time of the Civil War, most this violence was mostly against blacks. Police Brutality and other misconduct are institutionalized which means that it is a established practice and/or custom. If you sign maybe the mayor of New York will do something about this issue and people of New York will have justice and that New York will be a safer place for everyone. The goal is to try to get Mayor Bill de Blaiso to reach out publicly to try to stop Police Brutality in New York.1297 people died from police in 2014, 1307 died from police in 2015, 1027 did from police this year.
