This "punishment"is absolutely absurd. Cat owners should also be held responsible for keeping their cats secured where they cannot wander. Our cat and dog were inside the house, together and learned to co-exist.

Clearly these are responsible owners, who are taking the learnings from this situation very serious to ensure this never happens again.

Bull Terriers are not declared a dangerous breed nor are they restricted. Good luck Peppa.

Domesticated cats roam free killing birds and lizards daily. Do we euthanaise cats for that? Maybe we should start if this is the treatment of dogs who accidentally get out.

Bull terriers are very nice dogs and if she did attack a cat it's very normal it is in their nature to do so. I'm sure cats weren't just waiting to be attacked we all know cats are worse then dogs when it comes to attacking. What I'm trying to say is that she deserves a second chance bull terriers are not what people think of them. I'm sure this was just an accident.

Peppa is a sweet and lovable dog that is anything but dangerous. She has great owner's who make sure of it and any piece of legislation or claim oyherwise, is entirely misplaced and needs to be rectified. Beyond Peppa, the English Bull Terrier breed is recently being targeted by people who are misinformed. With regards to breeds being "dangerous", that point is ignorant and dangerous. Any breed will bite, and depending on the upbringing, any animal can be dangerous. If determining safety based solely upon a breed, then we should add Labrador's and German Shepards, since statistical analysis proves year after year, that they are the most frequent to bite and cause bodily injury.
Peppa deserves justice, balanced justice and a judgement that she is a loving animal.

Seems strange living with 3 cats she would kill them, did she get out or was she let out.
I would argue that this all sounds very unusual and the situation has discrepancies.
