These people may have suffered in their country, but that does not give them the right to create suffering of any kind in out country. If they want to live here, they must follow the rules as a US citizen must. These boys should be arrested and jailed for what they do and if their parents do not want this, then they should be deported and returned to their country. No one should have to suffer what this little girl has, no matter what and it is criminal that the police department and other officials have basically ignored the matter. They all should be punished themselves for what they have done against this little victim and her family.

The parent should be prosecuted to the fullest extent and those boys should be taken away from that family and charged with the crime. It is completely horrifying that they have no penalty for these horrendous actions!
