This disgusting act is appalling and yet another instance of the Quran allowing unspeakable acts, codified in sharia law, to be perpetrated against a woman Kafir, an infidel. The American public is getting real sick of hearing about atrocities like this and if no justice is a result of this petition or any other measures of protest, justice will eventually be done without the government in the form of self defense. If this crime is not punished, it will encourage others that they can rape without consequences. Despite the ages of the boys, they NEED to be punished or else they'll think they can get away with it. And the father who high-fived the boys should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for aiding and abetting the rape, when he SHOULD have been screaming at the boys for their cruelty and then calling the police himself!
Most importantly, the little girl this happened to deserves justice--she should NOT have to live near the boys who hurt her, not the adults who allowed it.

I'm greatly saddened and appalled that no legal action has been taken against the perpetrators of this crime. The unwillingness of local government to protect the innocence of young children is appalling. Do the job you are required to do in protecting American citizens.

This was a serious crime and as such perpetrators should be held accountable no matter what their religion or age. In addition, in this case the father should also be held accountable as he obviously supported what his children did. The father and his sons should be prosecuted and then deported.

Citizens need to know this is being taken care of ASAP. The chief of police needs to address this openly to the public about what actions are being done to prevent this happening again to someone else's child!!!!! We won't be silent. We will not shut up. No more refugees, PERIOD!
