This atrocity is yawned at, yet a young man sits in jail for defending himself when he's followed by one of them and confronted in a public parking area. What is WRONG with Idaho? I used to think about moving there because I thought it was one of the safer states! Your PC, Twin Falls, is your downfall!

The fact that these crimes are being ignored is more heinous than the fact that they were commited in the first place. Those that thought sealing this case to be a good idea should be outed publicly, & brought up on obstruction charges themselves. I am utterly outraged at this intentional miscarriage of justice!

It's unbelievable that this kind of thing can go on in the United States. Our elected officials and police have a responsibility to protect citizens, not cover up the crimes of migrants.

These savages do not only not belong here, they even have the nerve to reward our tolerance with hatred and crime. SEND THEM BACK!

I agree. This is not about "race" this is about upholding the laws and protecting citizens under the law. There is video footage, there is zero reason to hem and haw and deny this happened. Maybe if one the City Council's own or the police's own are attacked then they'd do something, but let's not wait until then. Oh and for everyone crying "racism" applying one set of laws to one group and not to another is exactly how you get racism. Everyone in the U.S. should follow the laws and have them applied equally or yes there will be another Nazi, Germany here. And it will have been caused by the very people claiming to be against "racism." It's not racism, it's called our laws don't allow for children or anyone for that matter to be raped.

To not prosecute these people, is to allow this vile idealogy fully tolerant and accepting of oppression, rape and slavery of any non moslim and invite more attacks. This is agaibst AMERICAN LAWS. This is not sharia law abiding soil. Do your jobs.

By turning a blind eye to this kind of behaviour, you are in effect condoning it. How will these boys know what they have done is unacceptable? The father needs to be held accountable for the "high five" action. You need to take better care of this poor little girl and her family. Please give them the justice they deserve. These boys and the parents need severe punishment and need to be educated that this is unacceptable in a civilised society.

If our elected leaders do not begin taking action and bringing particular groups of immigrants to justice, the people will eventually place justice in their own hands. I do not want my country to suffer the way European countries are because of inaction by our corrupt leaders.

United States Justice please - not Sharia Law. This is America - apparently you won't do anything until something happens to one of YOUR children or a family member.
