We all saw what has happened all over Europe. I never thought that our press, police, and cities would do the same in regards to covering for crimes of this nature.

They live here in the United States, and even though they most likely are not citizens, they still are under our laws. They should be punished for this horrible thing they have done!

They should be tried as adults. They should be put in Juvenile Hall at the very least and transferred to a real prison when they are of age. These are crimes against society. They obviously did this with the urination as a sign of either marking property or complete lack of respect for US citizens. If the police aren't going to do anything about it, then I wouldn't blame the residents for taking care of it themselves.
