The conduct and attitude of the twin Falls city counsel is deplorable and at best, sickening! How can they NOT be aware of the rape of a child that was most definitely reported by the local media?? Those sitting on council should be removed immediately for their passive attitudes. How would they react had it been their little girl who was ruined at the hands of these bullies . Rape is bad enough but then their father and mother condone it? Deport the entire freakin' family IMMEDIATLY!!!!!!

those young boys wouldn't know anything about rape & violence if they weren't being exposed to it at home the Dad is obviously a pediphile & in there religion /race don't put it past them to rape there own daughters. The world is going down a dark path Porn addiction is huge its a over a billion dollar a year industry the addiction never stays as a pin up it goes from soft , hard, to Rape porn.
