Surely the father aided and abetted the young boys from their infancy in this heinous crime. Surely the boy's innocence was stolen from them at a very early age. All should be deported.

I have 2 teens that are heading off to CSI Aug 22, & I am concerned about this relocating refugees to the Twin Falls community without some type of consequences to for bad behavior for these refugees. In 2007 an attack from a 12 yr old on a 5 yr old in Nampa that was raped was sentenced to 20 yrs. We as parents need to know our children are safe. This is a college community & I am seriously concerned about sending my children to CSI. Please reassure us the community is safe. Remove these children from their apartment complex & protect that community!!!

Totally unacceptable. If current Council members, Mayor, Vice Mayor and Law Enforcement can not adequately address and remedy this situation, let the recalls and new elections begin.

If this is as it is related, these youths should go to jail for a long while.after being found guilty in the legal system.
