That sentence is not a proper reflection of what the rest us would consider even close to being just.
What a horror for the victim and others like her to suffer the trauma of such a crime and then suffer further by a system that fails them.

Such a brutal and inhumane act of violence needs to involve a lot more punishment than what can legally be handed down. The least we can do to serve justice and protect the public is to lock the animal that did this up for a long long time.

I wish Nikitah a bright and safe future. One that will allow her to heal. With this horrible man on the streets, I doubt that she would truly ever feel safe as I'm sure she would be worried if he found her, or attacked again. Therefore, he shouldn't ever be released.
