I think it’s ridiculous the 16 y/o wasn’t picked up the night he shot Muhammad. They could’ve charged him with something that night to get him off the streets. He shouldn’t have been allowed to enjoy the holidays with his friends and family. Now he’s getting off easy with just juvenile detention. 16, he knew better. Muhammad was a great young man and deserves justice.

How can you say it's an accident! Guns don't kill ppl ppl kill ppl that gun was doing what it was to do when a person pulls the trigger .further more pointing a gun at someones head is no accident .should be charged as any other murderer .
