3 years in jail, 3 times that on probation and being prohibited from drinking alcohol anywhere but at home and from having alcohol in his system anywhere but at his home.. Spot checks by parole officers or by law enforcement officers. Zero tolerance while operating any kind of vehicle. Motorized or powered by himself.
